A: According to Mitsubishi, these are milling inserts and no turning toolholders are offered that hold these. If you scroll down to the bottom of their eCatalog page https://www.mitsubishicarbide.net/mmus/enus/rotating_inserts/no_srs/20084413, you will see Face Cutter and Indexable End Mills, but nothing for Turning Holders.
